Spring into a Sunday Brunch!
Come join the Gardens of Millvale in kicking off spring with a cooking class on the eggcellent topic of Sunday brunch. This class will touch on different fundamental cooking techniques while showing how to create a great brunch at home using seasonal fruits and vegetables. The class will be broken up into teams to obtain more hands on experience and variety.
Stephanie Davis, an aspiring chef with a Bachelors degree from Penn College and who is a current line cook at Eleven will be teaching the class. Stephanie has created a spring menu of various brunch items and tasty drinks along with several take home recipes and tips. Hope to see you there!
